Jade Statz serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Peak Trust Company, providing high-level administrative support to manage internal and external affairs for the CEO’s office. Jade joined Peak Trust in 2023, bringing over 16 years of skilled administrative experience from legal and education roles at the municipal, state, and federal level.
In her current position, Jade handles complex scheduling, event planning, travel logistics, communications, and research initiatives to ensure optimal operations and availability for the CEO’s office. Jade has a strong background coordinating office administration and records, interfacing with high-level personnel, managing inquiries with discretion, and supporting time-sensitive tasks. In her personal time, Jade loves traveling the world on cruise ships, running local races, and spending time with family and friends.
Previously, Jade held judicial assistant roles in the Alaska Court System as well as a legal secretary position for the Anchorage Prosecutor’s Office. She also worked for over a decade with the State of Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction focused on regulatory compliance, license management, and database oversight.
